Damaged Goods

As part of our service we ensure that all our goods are packaged and delivered to the highest standards to minimise an damage being sustained during transit.

Before any goods are signed for, you should check that there is no damage, effectively by signing for them, you are accepting the delivery in perfect condition. If there is any damage, please do not sign for the goods and notify us as soon as possible that you have refused the delivery.

Returns

The European Distance Selling regulations stipulate that you have 7 days from the time of delivery to return the products to us for a full refund (this excludes any carriage charges). All products must be returned unopened in there original packing. The cost of returning products will be met by customer. You must ensure products are adequately packaged, we reserve the right to refuse a returned product that has been damaged due to negligent packaging
